How billing works
Everything you need to know about lepoly billing, invoices, and payment methods.
Billing cycle
lepoly plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual billing saves ~20% compared to monthly.
- Monthly: charged on the same day each month
- Annual: charged once per year on your subscription start date
Payment methods
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- PayPal
- Bank transfer (Business plan only)
Managing your subscription
Go to Account Settings → Billing to:
- View your current plan and next billing date
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- Update payment method
- Download past invoices
- Cancel your subscription
Invoices
Invoices are automatically emailed to your account's billing email after each payment. You can also download them anytime from the Billing settings page.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. After cancelling:
- You keep access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period.
- After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.
- Your models and data are preserved.
Refunds
lepoly offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Contact support within 30 days of your first charge to request a refund.
