Viewer controls
The lepoly viewer lets you interact with 3D models directly in the browser.
Navigation
Action | Mouse | Touch |
Rotate | Left-click drag | One-finger drag |
Pan | Right-click drag | Two-finger drag |
Zoom | Scroll wheel | Pinch |
Reset view | Double-click | Double-tap |
Keyboard shortcuts
- F — fit model to screen
- R — reset camera
- Space — play/pause animations (if present)
Viewer features
- Annotations — click to see notes attached to specific model points
- Exploded view — spread apart model components for inspection
- Wireframe mode — toggle to view the underlying mesh
- Background color — customize the viewer background
- Lighting presets — choose from different lighting environments
AR mode
On supported devices, a View in AR button appears. This lets visitors place the 3D model in their real environment using their phone camera.
