Uploading files
Step-by-step guide to uploading 3D files to lepoly.
How to upload
Drag and drop
- Navigate to your space or collection.
- Drag your file directly onto the page.
- lepoly will start uploading and processing automatically.
Using the Upload button
- Click the + Upload button in the top navigation or space view.
- Select your file(s) from your computer.
- Click Open to begin the upload.
Batch uploading
You can upload multiple files at once by selecting several files in the file picker, or dragging multiple files simultaneously.
Upload progress
A progress indicator appears in the bottom-right corner during upload. Processing (optimization, thumbnail generation) happens automatically after the upload completes.
Troubleshooting
- Upload fails immediately — check that your file format is supported and the file isn't corrupted.
- Processing gets stuck — try re-uploading. If it persists, contact support.
- File too large — see file size limits by plan.
