How search works in lepoly
Learn how to search for models and how lepoly indexes metadata.
Searching for models
Use the search bar at the top of any page to search across your models.
Search looks at:
- Model name
- Tags you've added
- Description text
- File name of the uploaded file
Improving search results
To make your models easier to find:
- Use descriptive names — "Red Sports Car 2024" is easier to find than "model_v3_final".
- Add tags — Tags are keywords you can attach to models. Click Edit on a model to add tags.
- Write a description — A few sentences describing the model improves search relevance.
Filtering results
After searching, you can filter results by:
- Space
- Collection
- File format
- Upload date
- Tags
Searching across shared spaces
By default, search covers your personal space and all shared spaces you're a member of. You can narrow the scope by selecting a specific space from the search filters.
